Dive Guides lead SNUBA excursions, SCUBA trips, sandbar charters, and cocktail cruises, ensuring each participant has a memorable experience. Guides may also assist with certification courses and can gain additional experience by participating in excursions as photographers or supporting other on-water activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide guests safely on SNUBA, SCUBA, and sandbar excursions, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Provide clear instruction and supervision for participants, especially first-time divers
- Set up and maintain diving equipment, including tanks, breathing apparatus, and safety gear
- Assist with SCUBA certification courses and educational programs as needed
- Offer excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns during trips
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and excursion areas
- Participate in additional opportunities such as sunset cruises, private charters, and onboard photography
- Contribute to staff outings and team-building events to support a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Rescue Diver Certification is required; Open Water divers may be considered for certain roles such as excursion photographers
- Current First Aid-CPR certification is mandatory
- Dependable, punctual, and customer service-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Drug-free and family-friendly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and seasonal shifts
- Residents or individuals willing to relocate to Key West are preferred
