Dry Food New Zealand, a purpose-built manufacturing facility, is seeking reliable and flexible Factory Hands to join our growing team. You will play a key role in processing high-value nutraceutical and functional food ingredients into safe, high-quality powder and oil products. This hands-on position requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work across different areas of production. With day and night shifts on a 4 days on/4 days off roster, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-growing food manufacturing business with international customers across the UK, North America, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production line machinery safely and efficiently.
- Process raw materials into finished products while meeting production targets.
- Conduct visual inspections of raw materials and finished goods to maintain quality standards.
- Perform finishing tasks such as labelling, wrapping pallets, and checking packaging.
- Receive incoming goods and ensure proper storage.
- Monitor and collect samples as required for quality control.
- Complete production documentation accurately and maintain clean workstations.
- Communicate promptly with Supervisors to resolve any issues or equipment breakdowns.
- Adhere to all hygiene, Health and Safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Understanding of food manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
- Ability to work on various machines and a practical aptitude for mechanical tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical capability to stand for long hours and lift up to 20kg.
- Forklift or pallet jack licence is advantageous but not required.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
