Key Responsibilities

• Operate buses safely along assigned school and urban routes while adhering to traffic regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure passengers have a comfortable and safe journey
• Manage daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
• Flexibly cover shifts as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and incidents

Qualifications

• New Zealand or Australian citizen (no visa support offered)
• Minimum of one year bus driving experience, or equivalent customer-facing truck driving experience
• NZ Class 2 License required; Class 4 plus P endorsement highly preferred
• Strong Health and Safety awareness and aptitude
• Excellent English communication skills and professional demeanor
• Able to work independently, flexible with shifts, and motivated for long-term employment

Benefits and Perks
