Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop facility leadership and associates to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee the execution of the business plan for the distribution center, including production, quality, safety, and staffing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in senior management within operations, distribution, logistics, or retail, supervising and developing teams, managing workload, and participating in hiring and promotions.
- Alternatively, 2 years’ experience as a Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager or 5 years’ senior management experience in a relevant operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, talent development, and financial management skills.
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and high ethical standards.
- Ability to attend and complete all required Walmart trainings and assessments.
