Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments of iTero scanners and related products from the Singapore hub to destinations across the亚太 region, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and system updates to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Assist in the returns and repairs process by coordinating inbound returns, tracking repair status, and managing the return or replacement of units.
- Support replenishment activities to ensure inventory and spare parts are available to meet customer and operational needs.
- Coordinate spare parts planning, storage, and distribution to customers, field personnel, and internal teams.
- Prepare and process documentation for shipments, inventory movements, and operational transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
- Work closely with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Maintain warehouse organization, adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar logistics or warehouse coordination role is required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, is essential for managing data and reporting. A team oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners are critical. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to communicate effectively across the亚太 region. Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is preferred and will be an advantage.
