Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional clinical services across a broad occupational health setting ensuring all practice aligns with professional standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct health assessments, workplace drug and alcohol testing, and health promotion activities for a diverse range of clients.
  • Ensure clinical practice is aligned with the Nursing Council of New Zealand standards, Occupational Health Nurses Association of New Zealand guidelines, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
  • Maintain compliance with defined client contracts and service level agreements ensuring all services are delivered to the highest quality standards.
