Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with retail sales of teas, ceramics, and teaware while creating a welcoming and friendly shopping experience
- Perform daily shopkeeping duties including organizing displays, maintaining product presentation, and restocking merchandise
- Support both in-store and online merchandising efforts to ensure accurate product presentation
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing knowledgeable and attentive service
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold a high-end retail environment
- Work collaboratively with the team while also managing responsibilities independently
Qualifications
- Experience working in luxury or high-end retail, with strong customer service skills
