Key Responsibilities
- Perform sanitation duties in food processing plants according to PSSI’s 8-Step Sanitation process.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and workspaces in compliance with safety and food safety protocols.
- Lift, push, and move sanitation equipment safely; handle physical tasks as required.
- Work with PSSI-issued sanitation chemicals following proper handling procedures.
- Follow all company safety protocols and participate in training sessions to maintain compliance.
- Work in varying environments including wet, hot, and cold areas with provided personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Attend training programs and actively apply new skills to support food safety operations.
